We at Jaipuriya Fab Pvt Ltd believe in the concept of ‘customer first’ . Ease of shopping , joyful & memorable experience can only be terms as ‘complete’ if its accompanied by clear, objective and simple to follow cancellation of orders, stock returns and purchase price refund policies. So here we are with all these on one page to avoid inconvenience of navigation from one to the other pages
Order Cancellation Policy
A customer can cancel his/ her placed order within two hours of placing it. In case a customer wants to alter their order after two hours have passed , he /she can take help of our customer support service at firstname.lastname@example.org and +91 141 4106529
- After receiving the customer’s order we conduct a thorough pre dispatch inspection of the stock , prepare the documents and package the goods .
- Post that the stock is shipped by the best of the logistics service providers in the country . It takes a maximum of five to seven days for the stock to reach the designated destination .
- In case of a delay and no communication about the causes of delay , a customer must contact us email@example.com and +91 141 4106529 with his /her post transaction order confirmation number contained in the SMS alert , received immediately after the order placement.
- Jaipuriya Fab Pvt Limited is committed and bound to fulfill the customer’s orders at the earliest and have tied up with the best available third party service providers for facilitating the same . However, it will not be held liable for any exceptional delays caused due to any issues at the third party service provider’s end or arising out of the reasons responsible for the delay due to act of god or otherwise. This notwithstanding , Jaipuriya Fab Pvt Ltd will make all attempts to resolve the issues causing delays in consignment fulfillment .
- We have a well analyzed pre dispatch inspection and quality check process to certify that no defective pieces are shipped to any customer and thus obviate the need to return any SKU by the customer. However, it may happen that at times the customers may receive damaged or defective stock.
- We accept the stock returns only if the product purchased by a customer is found to be damaged or defective or both . If any product delivered is found to be defective upon opening it, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and +91 141 4106529 with the nature of defect with in 48 hours of the product delivery. Please note that while doing so the invoice number must be shared with us .
- We shall notify the address where the defective products , if , are required to be shipped . Upon examining the defects , product defects related to delivery and production issues would be replaced with the same / similar sku s forthwith. The same shall be notified to you over the email / phone number shared by you with us while notifying the defects.
- Please note that in case of stock returns without pre confirmation step as mentioned in para 2 and 3 above , the cost of stock return courier and replacement stock shipment charges will not be borne by Jaipuriya Fab Pvt Ltd.
- Also note that Jaipuriya Fab Pvt Limited will not be responsible for any wrong delivery, damaged goods due to poor handling by the courier , delayed delivery , loss of goods during transit etc , caused by the customer’s chosen courier service provider and his appointed third party service providers .
- Non C O D Orders - In case the customer cancels an order with in the specified time of two hours from order placement time , the amount credited to the company account by electronics means , will be refunded by the same route with in 5 to 7 working days .
- COD orders - The methodology given out in Refund Policy para 1 above is not possible and thus not applicable in case of a COD order as customer is not required to do any currency transaction in the process of order placement and its cancellation .
- No refunds will be made in either a COD or a non COD orders even if the product is found to be damaged or defective . However, same or similar SKU would be shipped to the customer in accordance with the policy description given under Returns Policy .
