Return, Refund, Cancellation and Exchanges
Please return the garment within 7 days of receiving it if the size and fit does not work. We will refund the entire cost of the garment/s into your bank account. Alternately, we can exchange it for another garment of your choice.
Returns and Exchange due to size issues can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery. The products should be unused and all tags should be in place.

Costs of the first shipping of the order are borne by the Company. Exchange or return courier cost is to be borne by the customer. We are unable to offer the reverse pick up facility.No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer or made customized to order.
In case you receive a damaged product, please inform within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product. Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (specially the Indigo dye) is not a defect.
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order twice, after which the product is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days.
