Step 2 : Kindly send the garment back to us within 7 days of receiving it, to the address below. The products should be unused, unwashed and all tags should be in place.

We will be unable to exchange if the garment is received later than 7 working days.
The first shipping for an order is free. The cost of the return shipping has to be borne by the customer.
We are unable to offer reverse pick ups.
Step 3: Once the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue an exchange voucher equal to the amount of your purchase.The voucher will be valid for six months from the date of issue.
We are unable to make any cash refunds.
No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer or made customized to order.
In case you receive a damaged product, please inform within 2 days of delivery about the return or exchange of the product. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product. Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect.
