How do I exchange a product?
In case the size does not work, we offer exchanges. Please inform us as soon as the order is received via email on email@example.com.

We offer reverse pick up facility (subject to availability in your location). Kindly message us on WhatsApp to check availability.
If not available, the product needs to be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving, using a reliable courier service of your choice. The address is:

Once we receive the product, we shall dispatch your replacement within 7 to 9 days.
- There are NO EXCHANGES on discounted products.
- Certain items like dupattas, odhnis and unstitched fabric are not eligible for exchange.
- No exchanges are possible in sizes larger than size 4XL in Top Wear, Bottom Wear, Dresses and Full Sets.
- No exchanges are possible in sizes smaller than size Small in Top Wear, Bottom Wear, Dresses and Full Sets.
- The products should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received in.

The following are NOT accepted as reasons for exchange
Colour difference- Please note that 10% variation in colour and shade is to be expected due to screen resolution, quality and brightness.
Exchange are not accepted if customer does not like the material, colour or style of the product. All the product details are shared on the website so that the customer can make an informed decision before placing the order. Please note: Cotton refers to cambric cotton unless specified otherwise. Kindly read the production description and exchange policy in full before placing an order. We use the best quality of cotton and details on hand block prints have been shared where applicable.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 6376626120. Orders can be cancelled only before your shipment has been dispatched.
What if I received a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged product or any item missing, please inform us on the day of delivery. We will not be able to help if informed on a later date.
- 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product.
- Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect and exchange requests will not be accepted for this reason.
- Please read all details on the product description regarding hand block prints before ordering.
