Exchange Policy

In choosing to shop at you, as the buyer, agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.

In case the size and fit does not work, we offer exchanges. 
We do not do offer cash refunds.

  • Refunds are ONLY in form of store credits.
  • The Exchange Voucher is a one-time use voucher
  • The Exchange Voucher is valid for a period of one month from the date of issue. 

How do I exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it via one of the following methods

Please mention your Name and Order number.

Are exchanges chargeable?
  • The first exchange attracts no courier charge. However subsequent exchanges will attract pickup and shipping charges of Rs. 200.
  • In case of product changes, shipping is chargeable. 
  • There are NO EXCHANGES on Sale and Offer products.
  • Certain items like dupattas and odhnis are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange voucher codes will NOT be valid on Sale/Offer items. 
  • No exchanges are possible in sizes larger than 4XL as these are made specifically to prepaid orders only.
  • The products should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received in.

How will I send the product/s back?
Once we receive your exchange request, we will organize a Reverse Pickup. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue an exchange voucher equal to the amount of your purchase only. This process can take anything between 7 to 14 days.
Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. The voucher will be valid for ONE month from the date of issue.
In case, our courier partner does not provide Reverse Pickup from your location, you will need to ship it back to us. Kindly send the garment back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us on [email protected] or calling us at +91 6376 626 120. Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. 

What if I received a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product.
Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect and exchange requests will not be accepted for this reason. 
Please read all details on the product description regarding  hand block prints before ordering. 

Please note that minor variations in colour (up to 10%) may be seen due to different monitors.
