We offer size and item exchanges.
We do not offer any kind of refund in any form other than store credit.
Items in sizes above 5XL cannot be exchanged.
We need to be informed of any exchange request WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the item.
We need to be informed of any missing/damaged item ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. We cannot help in any way if informed after the day of delivery regarding any damage or missing items.
No exchanges on discounted products.
The products should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received in.
Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.
How do I exchange/return a product?
In case the size/style does not work, we offer exchanges for products till size 5XL. Items above size 5XL cannot be exchanged.
We offer reverse pick up facility (subject to availability in your location).

Please mention your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, SIZE REQUIRED IN EXCHANGE (if valid), and DATE FOR PICKUP (if valid).
For returns, we shall issue store credit worth the relevant amount. Upon receiving the item and making sure it is in the condition it was sent in, we shall provide you with the voucher code for store credit.

If reverse pickup is not available, the product needs to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving, using a reliable courier service of your choice. The address is:

Once we receive the product, we shall dispatch your replacement within 7 to 9 days. If a 2nd Exchange is required, the fee for the same will be ₹500.
What is store credit?
When you return an item, we don't give you cash or a refund to your original payment method. Instead, we give you something called 'store credit.'
Once we receive your returned item and ensure it's in the same condition as when we sent it to you, we will give you a code. This code is your 'store credit,' and it's worth the same amount of money as the item you returned.
So, the next time you shop with us, you can use this code at the checkout. It will reduce your bill by the amount of the store credit.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us on email@example.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 6376626120. Orders can be cancelled only before if your item has not begun the manufacturing process.
What if I received a damaged product?
In case you receive a damaged product or any item missing, please inform us on the day of delivery. We will not be able to help if informed on a later date.
