In the rare case your Jaiuriya order is not to your liking, here are our terms for exchange and refund.

(Kindly note: We would request the customer to read the item description and look at the images of the item carefully before ordering.)

We offer size exchanges and full refunds till size 5XL.
Customized items and items in sizes above 5XL cannot be exchanged/refunded.
We need to be informed of any exchange/refund request WITHIN 2 DAYS of receiving the item.
We need to be informed of any missing/damaged item ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. We cannot help in any way if informed after the day of delivery regarding any damage or missing items.
No exchanges/refunds on discounted products.
The products should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received in.
Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.

How do I exchange/return a product?

In case the size/style does not work, we offer exchanges for products till size 5XL. Items above size 5XL cannot be exchanged/refunded.
We offer reverse pick up facility (subject to availability in your location).

Please mention your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, SIZE REQUIRED IN EXCHANGE (if valid), and DATE FOR PICKUP (if valid).

For returns, upon receiving the item and making sure it is in the condition it was sent in, we shall process the refund worth the relevant amount. All refunds processed by us will be credited directly to the original payment source account.

Once a refund has been initiated from our end, please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to be reflected in your source account. We can also issue store credit worth the relevant amount

Once we receive the product, we shall dispatch your replacement within 7 to 9 days. If a 2nd Exchange is required, the fee for the same will be ₹500.

We would request the customer to note -

Slight Colour Difference- Please note that variation in colour and shade is to be expected MAINLY due to photography conditions and among others screen resolution, quality and brightness and different monitors.
Regarding material, colour or style of the product. All the product details are shared on the website so that the customer can make an informed decision before placing the order.
Please note: Cotton refers to cambric cotton unless specified otherwise. Kindly read the product description and exchange policy in full before placing an order. We use the best quality of cotton and details on hand block prints have been shared where applicable.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us on hello@jaipuriya.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 6376626120. Orders can be cancelled only before if your item has not begun the manufacturing process.

What if I received a damaged product?

In case you receive a damaged product or any item missing, please inform us on the day of delivery. We will not be able to help if informed on a later date.

'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product.
Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect and exchange requests will not be accepted for this reason.
Please read all details on the product description regarding hand block prints before ordering.
Please note that 10% variation in colour and shade is to be expected due to screen quality and brightness.
