In the rare case your Jaiuriya order is not to your liking, here our our terms for exchange.

We would request the customer to note -

Slight Colour Difference- Please note that 10% variation in colour and shade is to be expected due to screen resolution, quality and brightness and different monitors.
Regarding material, colour or style of the product. All the product details are shared on the website so that the customer can make an informed decision before placing the order.
Please note: Cotton refers to cambric cotton unless specified otherwise. Kindly read the product description and exchange policy in full before placing an order. We use the best quality of cotton and details on hand block prints have been shared where applicable.

(Kindly note: We work on a MADE-TO-ORDER model only and request the customer to read the item description and look at the images of the item carefully before ordering.)

We offer size and item exchanges.
We do not offer any kind of refund in any form other than a credit voucher
Items in sizes above 4XL cannot be exchanged.
We need to be informed of any exchange request WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving the item.
We need to be informed of any missing/damaged item ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. We cannot help in any way if informed after the day of delivery regarding any damage or missing items.
No exchanges on discounted products.
The products should be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as they were received in.
Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.

How do I exchange/return a product?

In case the size/style does not work, we offer exchanges for products till size 4XL. Items above size 4XL cannot be exchanged.
We offer reverse pick up facility (subject to availability in your location).

Please mention your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, SIZE REQUIRED IN EXCHANGE (if valid), and DATE FOR PICKUP (if valid).

For returns, we shall issue a credit voucher worth the relevant amount. Upon receiving the item and making sure it is in the condition it was sent in, we shall provide you with the voucher code.

If reverse pickup is not available, the product needs to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving, using a reliable courier service of your choice. The address is:

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled by emailing us on hello@jaipuriya.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 6376626120. Orders can be cancelled only before if your item has not begun the manufacturing process.

What if I received a damaged product?

In case you receive a damaged product or any item missing, please inform us on the day of delivery. We will not be able to help if informed on a later date.

'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product.
Bleeding and rubbing of vegetable dyes (especially the Indigo dye) is not a defect and exchange requests will not be accepted for this reason.
